Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is completed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia: 7–18 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
