Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay the resolution process and eligibility for future purchases.
